Julie's holistic and passionate approach to fitness and wellbeing incorporates a range of sessions to cater for men and women of different ages and fitness levels and capabilities, in particular helping mums get back into shape after pregnancy.
Perhaps its her Philippino heritage, but Julie loves to include boxing into her clients workouts as it provides a great aerobic workout whilst helping build strength, stamina and coordination.
Sessions can be tailored to suit the weight loss or fitness goals of the participants are either at Julie's home in Bulimba or in one of the local parks in the Bulimba and Hawthorne areas.
Julie trains 5.30am - 1pm Mon - Fri and 5.30am - 12pm Saturdays.
